PES implements rigorous security measures, including data encryption, controlled access and regular audits, to protect user information and guarantee data confidentiality and integrity.
In 360° assessments, each group of raters (peers, direct reports, others) appears in a report only once at least two of them have answered, and the self-assessment is always shown separately from others’ views. Rater names are never shown to the person evaluated, and access to the data is role-based. In peer assessment between teammates, ratings are shown without names, but no minimum group size is applied.

LeaderApp360’s 20-competency model comes from Esther Jiménez’s doctoral research (UIC Barcelona, IESE). When you bring your own questionnaire, its validity is that of your instrument: PES scores it faithfully but adds no validity claim of its own.

A standard assessment such as LeaderApp360 or DISCover can start as soon as your participant list is ready. A programme on your own framework, branding and reports usually takes two to four weeks; UIC Barcelona had its first questionnaire live in about 15 days. LMS or single sign-on integrations are planned on top, with a pilot before full rollout.
LeaderApp360 costs €100 per person assessed (VAT not included), whatever the number of participants and the questionnaire (executives, non-profits or schools); raters answer at no extra cost. The DISCover Lite profile is free and the Premium report is a one-time payment. Institution-wide programmes, custom questionnaires and integrations are quoted to size.
Yes, it is possible to modify your answers as long as the evaluation period has not ended. To do so, the administrator can re-enable the survey, allowing you to make the necessary changes before the established deadline.
Yes, PES is a multilingual platform, allowing assessments in several languages to suit international organizations and diverse groups.
After completing the survey, our system automatically generates reports with the collected data. You can access these reports through the same link you used to answer the survey, where the detailed results of your participation will be available.
Our surveys can include a variety of formats depending on the specific program, such as 360 and 180 assessments, self-assessments and WellWorking. Questions can range from multiple choice and rating scales to open text and boolean (yes/no) answers. These formats are designed to evaluate different aspects of performance and well-being in work and educational environments.
PES is designed to scale with the organization's needs, handling anything from small groups to thousands of users without degrading performance or service quality.
It depends on what you buy. LeaderApp360, the DISCover Premium report and CoachUp Skills are bought online by card, through a secure payment page (Stripe), and the invoice is issued with the purchase. Institution-wide licences, custom questionnaires and integrations are quoted first: we issue an invoice for the agreed amount, payable by bank transfer or card.
