People only give honest feedback when they know it cannot be traced back to them. In PES 360° assessments these rules are applied every time a report is produced:
Peers, direct reports or any other group of raters appear in a report only once at least two of them have answered. One person’s answers are never shown as a group average.
The self-assessment is shown next to what others see, never mixed into their average.
The person evaluated sees results by group, not by rater, and access to the underlying data is limited by role.
PES runs on Amazon Web Services in the Paris region, under the GDPR. Your data belongs to you and is used only to deliver the service.

LeaderApp360’s 20-competency model comes from Esther Jiménez’s doctoral research (UIC Barcelona, IESE), and WellWorking was developed by Mireia de las Heras at IESE from its IFREI research programme. When you bring your own questionnaire, its validity is that of your instrument: PES scores it faithfully but adds no validity claim of its own.
