Every account starts with 100 welcome credits — around 100 suggestions or 50 interpretations, with no payment method required. Credits do not expire from one month to the next and are only spent when the AI answers.
There is also a monthly usage ceiling, there to stop runaway use rather than your work: it sits well above what the pack you buy contains. On Starter it is 15,000 credits a month against the pack’s 1,000, and it rises with each tier.

Building, editing, sharing and exporting dashboards is included in your PES licence, with no limit. What consumes credits is the AI assistant: 1 credit per chart suggestion and 2 per dashboard interpretation.
If the AI never answers, the credit is returned automatically: you do not pay for an analysis you did not get. And if your balance is empty the platform tells you before trying. Running out of credits never locks your dashboards.
