Need an assessment that is not on the list?

We build it on your competency model or ours, with its report, on the same platform. A new instrument usually takes two to four weeks.

In your programme

How does a programme run an assessment?

  1. Step 1

Choose the assessment and the cohort

Pick an instrument from the library and send us the class list and teams in a spreadsheet. We set up your first cohort with you.

  2. Step 2

    Participants answer

Each participant, and each rater in a 360°, answers from a personal link. You follow completion from your dashboard.

  3. Step 3

    Release the reports

When enough people have answered, the reports are released. Each participant gets their own; you see the whole cohort.

Reports and anonymity

What does each participant receive, and who can see it?

At least two per group

In a 360°, peers, direct reports or any other group of raters appear in a report only once at least two of them have answered.

Self kept apart

How participants see themselves is shown next to how others see them, never mixed into the average.

No names on feedback

Participants see results by group, never by rater, and access to the underlying data depends on role. In peer assessment ratings are also shown without names, though a small team may guess who said what.

A conversation after the report

With the LeaderApp360 executive questionnaire, the participant can talk the report through with an AI debrief and leave with a draft development plan.

Accreditation

What evidence does it give your accreditor?

Assurance of Learning asks you to show that students reach the outcomes your programme promises. PES Library turns each assessment into evidence for that file.

Competencies tied to outcomes

We can link each competency in the model to one of your programme's learning outcomes.

Results by cohort

See how a whole cohort scores on each competency, not only individual reports.

Start and end of a programme

Run the same 360° at both ends of a programme and see what changed.

Your model or ours

Can we use our own competency model?

Yes. Or start from the PES model, whose 20 competencies come from Esther Jiménez's doctoral research at UIC Barcelona and IESE.

The PES model

20 leadership competencies in 5 dimensions, with questionnaires for executives, non-profits and schools, and a report already designed.

Your model

We load your competencies and behavioural indicators, write the questions with you and design the report. Usually two to four weeks.

PES scores your own questionnaire faithfully; its validity is the validity of your model.

Who it is for

Who uses PES Library?

Universities

Develop students beyond their grades in every faculty: peer assessment in team projects, a behavioural profile and a 360° before they graduate.

Boost Your Talent at UIC Barcelona runs on PES: more than 5,000 students and 500 mentors.

Business schools

A 360° in every MBA and executive programme, peer assessment in every team and cohort results for Assurance of Learning.

IESE Business School, INALDE Business School and UIC Barcelona already work with PES.

Training providers

Show what each participant gained, then issue a certificate anyone can verify.

Start with LeaderApp360 and PES Verify.

Your LMS
Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard and others, through LTI.
Single sign-on
SAML 2.0 with your institution's identity provider.
Languages
The platform speaks 16 languages; each product page says which languages its questionnaires come in.
Data
Hosted on Amazon Web Services in the Paris region, under the GDPR. Your data is used only to deliver the service.
Automation
An API and an MCP interface, so an AI assistant can set up programmes, with a person approving the sensitive steps.

FAQ

Questions institutions ask before they sign

What is PES Library?

PES Library is the set of ready-to-run assessments on Pro Evaluation System, licensed to an institution as a whole: LeaderApp360 (360° feedback), peer assessment, PES Review, the Oral Evaluation System, DISCover, WellWorking (IFREI) and CoachUp Skills, plus PES Verify certificates.

Does it work for every faculty, or only for business programmes?

Peer assessment, PES Review, oral exams and DISCover fit any discipline. LeaderApp360 suits any programme that develops leadership, and has questionnaires for executives, non-profits and schools.

How do you protect raters' anonymity?

In a 360°, a group of raters appears in a report only once at least two of them have answered, the self-assessment is kept apart from others' views, and participants never see who rated them. In peer assessment ratings are shown without names, but there is no minimum group size, so we advise telling students that in a small team they may guess who said what.

Does it help with AACSB, AMBA or EQUIS?

Yes. Competencies can be linked to your programme's learning outcomes, and you see results for the whole cohort, which you can use as evidence for Assurance of Learning.

Can we use our own competency model?

Yes. We load your model, write the questions with you and design the report. A new instrument usually takes two to four weeks.

Does it connect to our LMS and single sign-on?

Yes: LTI for your LMS and SAML 2.0 for single sign-on. Integrations are planned with a pilot before the full rollout.

Who sets up the first cohort?

We do it with you: you send the class list and teams in a spreadsheet, and participants answer from a personal link.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. Most institutions start with one programme and one assessment, then extend the licence.

Tell us which programmes you want to cover

We will show you the assessments that fit and send a proposal for your institution.
