Match is the ProEvaluationSystem module for practical hiring tasks. You write the brief and set a deadline, invite your candidates by email, and each of them uploads their work. Your reviewers find every submission in one list, open it in the browser and write their feedback next to it.

From brief to feedback in four steps

Write the brief
Create a process with the task, the instructions and the delivery deadline.

Add your candidates
Import their names and email addresses from a CSV or Excel file.

Invite them
Each candidate receives their own access by email, from a message you can edit. The list shows when each one first signed in, so you can see who has not started yet.

Review the submissions
Every file arrives in one list with its date and status. PDFs, videos and HTML pages open in the browser; other files download. Write your feedback next to each one.
What the candidate sees
After signing in with the access they receive, a single page with the task and an upload button. Nothing to install.
The brief
Your task, exactly as you wrote it.
An upload button
They upload one or more files, up to 25 MB each, until the deadline. After it, uploads close.
Their files and your feedback
They see what they have sent and the feedback you write on it.
Room to correct
They can remove a file until it has been reviewed. Once you have written feedback, it stays.
Briefs that work well
Any task whose result is a file. Match accepts PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV and text files, images, video (MP4, WebM, OGG, MOV), HTML and ZIP.
Video editing
Put a link to the raw footage in the brief and ask for a short cut.
Writing and communication
A press release, a post or a short proposal, as a Word document or a PDF.
Analysis
Clean a dataset or build a small model in Excel or CSV.
Design and prototypes
A mock-up as images or a PDF, or an interactive prototype as an HTML page or a ZIP.
What Match does, and what it leaves to you
People decide
Match does not score or rank candidates automatically. Your reviewers open each submission and judge it.
Feedback is visible
What you write next to a file is shown to that candidate. Keep internal notes somewhere else.
You bring the candidates
Match is not a job board or an applicant tracking system: it starts from the list of people you want to assess, wherever you found them.
One deadline per process
Everyone in a process shares the same deadline. For a different date, create another process.
