Common questions
Do I have to talk to anyone to start?
No. That is exactly why this door exists: sign in with Google and create your first assessment yourself. If you would rather we walked you through it we will, but it is not a required step.
Who sees individual answers?
It depends how you configure the assessment. You can anonymise rater identity and require a minimum number of responses per group before it is shown, so a group with very few participants does not reveal who said what.
What languages can participants answer in?
All 16 the platform supports. Each participant sees the questionnaire in their own language and you get a single aggregated report.
Can I use my own competency model?
Yes. You can define your competencies, your response scales and your questions, including reverse-scored ones. Templates are a starting point, not a limit.
Is this only for 360º?
360º is the most common case, but the same engine runs peer assessment, self assessment, climate surveys and pulse questionnaires.
